In recent years, we have made significant investments in our manufacturing facilities to improve efficiency, increase production speed, and strengthen quality control. These investments allow us to remain competitive while preserving the standards that built our reputation.

At the same time, we recognize a growing challenge in the marketplace. There are many products today that can pass a visual inspection but cannot stand up to the demands producers place on them. While not every operation requires heavy-duty equipment, no one wants to invest in a product that fails after only a season or two in the field. Our responsibility is to build - and select - equipment that fits the needs of the majority of our customers: practical, durable, and priced appropriately for the value delivered.

Cash flow and inventory management have always been a balancing act in our industry. Without adequate inventory, opportunities are lost. Without disciplined purchasing, margins suffer. Manufacturers today often build to order, keeping minimal stock on hand. Producers, however, need equipment when they need it - and purchasing timelines are not always predictable.

That reality is one of the reasons AG Distribution & Trailer Sales (AGD) was created.

AGD was not established to compete with dealers, but to strengthen them. By aggregating freight, bringing in larger loads, and breaking them into dealer-ready quantities, AGD allows independent dealers to access broader product lines without carrying excessive inventory risk. In many ways, AGD serves as a regional warehouse hub - providing the buying power advantages of a large distributor while preserving the relationships and service of local dealers.
